Digital goods are typically non-returnable after delivery. However, we review refund requests in good faith.
- Eligible cases: duplicate charge, technical failure we cannot resolve, or accidental wrong purchase (before activation/download use).
- Not eligible: change of mind after successful delivery/activation, or requests outside the policy window.
- Request window: contact us within 14 days of purchase with order number and details.
- Processing: approved refunds are issued through the original payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
